If you’ve ever managed a social media crisis, you know that it can be an all-consuming experience. All you want to do is to hide and bury your head in a mountain of pillows and blankets, hoping to wake up only to find it’s been an awful dream (yeah right!).
At the same time, the last thing you want to do is stop working until it’s solved.
So how do you solve–or rather, manage–a social media crisis? There’s no perfect formula, but I like this infographic from 360PR it acts as a jumping-off point, particularly in regards to the all-important factor of reacting to the crisis quickly (it’s a virtual 999 or 911 call).
It’s great advice and if you use this outline to deal with your social media crisis, you will soon be back on track and master of your domain again.
